OUR TEAM

Stewart has years of professional sales experience working for blue chip companies like Maersk and UBS. He has returned to the Costa del Sol with his Danish wife and 4 kids, having lived in some of the world´s most exciting cities – London, Miami, Singapore, New York, Copenhagen. He is passionate about golf, paddel and Spain´s food culture, having owned restaurants on the Costa del Sol.

Timo Vogelhuber is a Founding Partner. Born In Nuremberg, and a serial entrepreneur, Timo is an avid tennis fan and has played at a high level, this is coupled with his love of sports particularly golf. With a passion for Real Estate as a complimentary business to his successful Engineering firm (under the Vogelhuber Group) with projects in China, France, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Norway, USA, Spain, and Sweden, Timo has been involved in successful Real Estate businesses in Germany, the US, and now Spain.

I have been coming here for years through tennis, and have always had the desire to have a business here. Suzanne is our property management partner based in Spain and owner of Vida Carefree Living. The common denominator in Suzanne’s various professional experiences is definitely ‘hectic and lively’. All requiring a professional, pro-active, independent, entrepreneurial, alert and well-organised team-player.
Her love and passion for languages, other countries and cultures placed her in an international environment early in her professional life, travelling to and working in numerous countries and cities. Hospitality is her middle name and the motto ‘Spoil your Clients, not your Service’ travelled with her to the Costa del Sol. Ask her to describe paradise for a place to live and she will say “Water in front of me, mountains behind me and an international melting pot around me”.

Based in London, James owns SkylineFX, he has built the business through referrals. Providing 5 star customer service alongside market leading rates. Based in Lake Garda, Italy, Michael has more than 20 years in Real Estate advisory. He is owner of IntermediaRE specialized in the intermediation of luxury properties in prestigious positions around Lake Garda, Venice, Tuscany and the French Riviera. He has been working for significant Luxembourg property funds. Michael is also a property investor building a portfolio of properties in Southern Spain and has found his little piece of Paradise in the much loved Casares Costa area. Married to Elena Corsini, they are our friends and partners helping share this passion for the Costa del Sol to clients in Italy, Germany, Switzerland , and beyond!

Loes is owner of House Focus based in Torremolinos – a specialist Buyers´ Agent and Holiday Rental Agency for International Clientele. In 2012 Loes fell in love with Andalucía and the Spanish life. Her passion for other cultures and languages made her professional career successful, doing business with several countries in Europe and South America. During her time in Spain she has built up a great local and international network on the Costa del Sol. She is very well versed in legal matters and a core competency is assisting in arranging Golden Visas for Foreign Buyers (notably in Hong Kong). A people’s person is what they call her, dedicated and honest. She will do everything in her power to make her clients walk away with greater than expected results and be completely satisfied with their buying experience.

Carina, a realtor in Scottsdale Arizona works with sellers and buyers in the Luxury Housing market in Arizona as well as real estate investors from all parts of the US and beyond.

After 25 years in a successful entertainment career starting in Chicago continuing in Los Angeles and then Denver, Carina now works and resides in beautiful Arizona with her family. She has a passion for traveling which has allowed her a greater understanding for different cultures, and this knowledge, added to her great interest in people, has built a vast network of friends and customers all over the World.

Carina is well versed in cross-cultural communications, she speaks English, Swedish and German and she is very familiar with the 1031 exchange program, a great resource for real estate investors and anyone looking for tax savings when buying and selling real estate. With her NAR’s Green designation, teaching clients how to plan out a property for new energy savings and a healthier interior lifestyle, she adds something unique to the buying experience. As a professional stager, Carina has a great eye for interior design and can help guide customers in Spain to maximise returns on a buy-to-let investment, with Southern Spain having a very strong seasonal rental market.

Jason is an International Financial Planner based in Marbella, providing financial advice to expats across Europe, specializing in saving, investment and retirement planning.

He is originally from Manchester and has been working in the financial services industry since 2007. He also has a strong background in the UK property market which proves helpful when advising expats of the comparison between property and offshore investment.

In addition to the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation, he also holds a Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage and Practice (CeMap). Although Jason is based here in Malaga, he welcomes the opportunity to meet his clients in person across Europe. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, keeping fit and developing his knowledge of the financial sector.

She simply can do it all from Global Real Estate Advisor to FAA Certified Drone Pilot to Professional Photographer to Accredited Home Stager, and is a “Social Media Pro, Passionate Marketer and Technophiliac”

Her expert Knowledge spans from Acquisition, Project Development and Management, Proficient Sales, Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Interior Design, Home Staging to Rental Property Management.
