The project takes advantage of the sun’s movement to create unique moments throughout the day. A west-facing patio captures the golden afternoon light, which reflects on a sheet of water designed to enhance this feeling of warmth and beauty. Nothing is accidental: every detail reflects a precise analysis of the surroundings.

Rather than blending in, Villa SENSE adapts to the terrain. Like a body finding its place in the world, the architecture here doesn’t invade, but rather adapts, settles, and becomes a natural extension of the landscape.

The layout of the house doesn’t follow a rigid axis, but rather smoothly adapts to the terrain. The building rotates to achieve the best views and the best solar orientation. This rotation creates a fluid, organic gesture, giving rise to the curve as the central element of the project.

The curve isn’t decorative: it’s a natural consequence of the process of adapting to the site. From there, the entire visual language is built around the circular: the pool, the atrium, the courtyards. Each element responds to a common logic, to an architectural tone that remains consistent throughout.
